Migration Services Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction Welcome to IMGSOS Migrate. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our migration services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided IMG SOS PTY LTD offers migration and non-migration services in packages. These include but not limited to:
- Initial consultation and eligibility assessment
- Detailed application preparation and submission
- Visa finalization and activation
- AMC Exam referral and preparation.
- Assistance with Specialist Medical College recognition.
- Employment services.
- Medical Practice set up.
- Settlement support services
3. Fees and Payment
- All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).
- Fees are non-refundable. However, you pay as you go and may terminate the service at any point before new milestones without having to pay for them.
- Special promotions or discounts, if any, are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Fees for exams, exam preparation courses, and governmental visa fees or security are not included in any of our offers.

- Visa success is not guaranteed. Our role is to provide expert advice and representation, but the final decision lies with the Department of Home Affairs.
- You must provide authentic and accurate documents. Cheating or lying will be pursued legally without hesitancy.
6. Client Responsibility
- We represent you, but you take full responsibility for the documents you provide. It is your duty to ensure all information and documentation submitted is true and correct.
- Cooperation and adherence to our guidance are mandatory to optimize the chances of obtaining the visa and maintaining our success rate.
7. Authenticity and Legal Compliance
- You must provide authentic documents. Any attempt to provide false information or documents will result in immediate termination of our services, and you may face legal consequences.
- By engaging our services, you agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Confidentiality
- All personal and sensitive information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of migration application processing.
9. Limitation of Liability
- IMGSOS Migrate is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third parties or factors beyond our control.
- We will not be responsible for any consequences arising from the submission of incorrect or fraudulent information provided by the client.
10. Amendments
- IMGSOS Migrate reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the State of Victoria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
