1. Introduction This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel the services provided by IMGSOS Migrate. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Cancellation by the Client and refund policy
- Payments for most packages are structured in milestones or instalments. The client retains the right to discontinue the engagement of services at any point without the need to continue to pay instalments or further milestone payments. This structure allows the client to manage their investment and proceed according to their own timeline and preferences. Payments that have already been made are non-refundable.
- For the Top-tier package that is paid in full upfront, the client can cancel the agreement within 14 days, subject to a 10% deduction of the fee paid.
- To cancel services, you must provide written notice to IMGSOS Migrate via email at admin@imgsos.com.au or through our contact form on the website.
- The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notice.
3. Cancellation by IMGSOS Migrate
- Right to Cancel: IMGSOS Migrate reserves the right to cancel your service at any time. This may occur if:
- You provide false or misleading information.
- You fail to cooperate with our processes.
- You do not follow our guidance, significantly impacting the success rate.
- There is a breach of the terms and conditions.
- Notification of Cancellation: We will provide written notice of cancellation to you, including the reasons for the cancellation.
- Refunds Upon Cancellation by Us: If IMGSOS Migrate cancels your service, any refunds will be at our discretion, based on the stage of service delivery and the work already completed.
4. Consequences of Cancellation
- Termination of Services: Upon cancellation, all services provided by IMGSOS Migrate will cease immediately except for those covered by paid milestones.
- Outstanding Fees: You are not responsible for further fees as payments are arranged in milestones or instalments.
- Return of Documents: Any documents provided to us by you will be returned.
